Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Start with a single session and upgrade to a package or membership anytime. Members can pause or cancel from their account.
What payment methods can I use?
Checkout is handled by Stripe and Mollie: iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA Direct Debit, and Visa/Mastercard. A receipt is emailed automatically.
Do package sessions expire?
Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused sessions can be refunded pro-rata — see our refund policy.
How do I cancel a membership?
Cancel anytime from your account; billing stops and you keep access until the end of the current month. No cancellation fee.
